Our concierge will meet you at your point of arrival and escort you to the Chalet . Once you have settled in, he/she will be on hand at all times of the day to assist you with everything you may need. You will never feel alone during your stay with us, except when you want to, of course.
Our concierge staff are locals in the resorts, many times having spent all their lives there. They are chosen not only for their intimate knowledge of the resort, but also for their ability to identify interesting events and activities for each guest and they are encouraged to be proactive.
They can of course advise you about which is the hottest restaurant in town, but also inform you about local events that are not meant for tourists, or arrange with the local mountain guide for an unforgettable descent from the Mont Blanc on untracked Snow !
